How do I perceive tantra
Tantra for me is a beautiful, holistic, spiritual and life path. It is for me about the constant discovery of myself, my inner self, my body, everything that I can and do experience HERE and NOW.
The term “tantra” comes from the words “tan” meaning “connecting net, stretching” and “tra” meaning “tool”. It can therefore be loosely translated as “a set of tools and techniques directed towards expanding our consciousness”. Tantra provides us with a vast array of techniques by which we can control the energies in our being and thus not lose energy. The more energy we then have within us, the easier it is to transform ourselves while experiencing states we would not normally have access to.
Here in the West, tantra is primarily associated with sexuality. It is true that in Tantra we also work with erotic energy, because this creative potential that we all have within us from birth is the strongest energy in our being. Tantra teaches us how to preserve this potential and use it for transformation. However, tantra is so much more – it encompasses all aspects of life, teaching us to bring consciousness into our daily activities and all of our experience. No area of life is left out.
Tantra is about LOVE, about connecting with your soul. About beauty, kindness, and the constant awareness of that subtle and peaceful center within us, in the midst of the CONSCIOUS EXPERIENCE of living life to the fullest. ♥
ABOUT MASSAGE
Before the start of each massage I will offer you tea or water and we will talk for a while and tune in to the massage.
I create a safe and loving space for you during your tantric massage.
There is a blanket to cover you, an infrared heater with adjustable temperature and a pillow under your head. During the massage I use heated organic coconut oil and other high quality essential oils from Nobilis Tilia.
At the end of the tantric massage I always perform the so-called sublimation = directing the erotic energy up the spine to the higher centres of your being. For you, however, this only means that you lie on the mat and feel the places where I place my hands on your body. 🙂
After the massage I always let you feel the effects for a while and if you want you can share your experience with me. ♥

In which language do I offer Tantra consultations?
Currently I offer tantra counseling only in English and Czech. In time I plan to offer German as well.
How do tantra consultations work?
It’s up to you. During the consultation you can confide in me, talk, share. I am happy to discuss with you topics related to relationships, sexuality, self-acceptance, principles of polarity/attraction and other topics.
Consultations can also take the form of tantra classes, where I will gradually introduce you to different tantric techniques and principles that you can apply in your daily life.
Therefore, before the beginning of the consultation we will always clarify your intention, which we will work towards together.

Where do tantra consultations take place?
Consultations take place either live in Zittau (near Liberec) in my space or online via Google Meet.
If the consultation takes place online, you don’t need to install anything, I will just send you a link before the consultation starts, which you can easily connect from your computer or phone.

What can be the effects of tantric massage?
During the tantric massage, the erotic energy in your body is awakened and then distributed throughout your body. You may feel a state of excitement, intensity, but also relaxation and calming of the mind. States of love and care. You can also feel uplifting, beautiful and refined states of connection with your body, soul, heart, the universe and everything around you.
With uplifting and healing erotic energy, tantric massage can also spontaneously heal past traumas that are normally stored in our physical body.
Why don’t I massage the lingam (genitals) in men? More about erotic continence
You may be familiar with the concept of erotic continence in Tantra or brahmacharya in yoga. In both cases it is about preserving our greatest gift, the potential of our being = sexual energy or erotic energy. The difference between sexual and erotic energy is described next.
According to the Tantric-Yoga teachings, at birth everyone is given a certain amount of this life energy, which we gradually lose over time, and thus become depleted, age and lose our life force. Men through ejaculation, women in other ways – but mostly not in lovemaking.
I work with this erotic potential during tantric massage. But just so that it is not wasted at the end of the massage, I do not massage the lingam (male sexual organ) in men. Instead, I distribute the erotic energy throughout the client’s body so that it does not accumulate in just one place.
The difference you will feel, for example, is that you will not feel exhausted after the massage, but thanks to the influx of this energy you can perceive states that you would not have access to during a normal sexual experience with the loss of this energy.
Is there a difference between orgasm and ejaculation in men?
Yes, orgasm and ejaculation are two completely different mechanisms. By working with erotic (not sexual) energy, a man can experience a state of spontaneous orgasm without ejaculation. He can also experience multiple energetic orgasms, which can be a completely new, beautiful and previously unknown kind of experience for many men.
What is the basic difference between erotic and sexual energy?
Sexual energy is an instinctive energy and is directed outward, downward, to reproduction and childbearing. It is an energy that we are often surrounded by in movies and porn (quick sex for 3 minutes in clothes) and that naturally leads to a loss of energy and vitality. Yet this is a paradox, because this creative potential can be the source of our greatest power if we use it in the form of erotic (instead of sexual) energy.
Erotic energy is associated with the area of our heart. Through it, our erotic potential is refined and ennobled. This energy then rises upwards and inwards, is uplifting and we can experience states of expansion and inner freedom with it. It is also associated with a slow pace, tenderness, conscious experience and love. Women are spontaneously closer to this energy than men and therefore find it easier to control their erotic potential during lovemaking.
